Each Town Office will be allotted 6 parking spaces, and a management company will oversee the maintenance of all exterior property. Monthly association dues paid by each owner will be responsible for the landscape maintenance in the summer, plowing of the parking lot and sidewalks in the winter, garbage removal, exterior lighting, and more.
